Magic Academy. New Stable Version 0.8.6.1
Stable version 0.8.6.1 is now available with the base subscription tier too. This hotfix fixes UI, inventory and dialogue issues and adds right-click chain cancellation at the sawmill.
Hello everyone!
Magic Academy 0.8.6.1 is out! The 0.8.6 (Fervor) update has received a hotfix, and this stable version is now available with the base subscription tier too.
You can read about the new quests, scenes and voice acting in our 0.8.6 (Fervor) update post. Here’s what we’ve fixed in the hotfix.
Changes in 0.8.6.1
- The history panel no longer closes when you scroll to the bottom, which could be confusing.
- The “Hide UI” button now works during the first stage of any scene.
- You can drag and drop items in the post-battle inventory again, as well as move them by double-clicking.
- Fixed the read indicators for dialogue choices in branching conversations with Victoria and Tom.
- On-screen buttons for magic QTEs are now hidden on PC.
- You can now cancel a chain in the sawmill minigame by right-clicking, without having to drag it backward.
Thank you for playing and supporting us! We’re already working on the next update, which will continue Audrey’s and Elizabeth’s romance routes.
The base subscription tier also lets you try our new game, Breast Milkshake Cafe. We expect a new version and a public demo in the coming weeks. We’d love to hear what you think on Discord!
