Breast Milkshake Cafe: the first playtest

The first build of our new game is out for subscribers. Meet Miku and Lina, fix up the house and serve your first customers.

A while ago we started teasing a game we’ve been making alongside Magic Academy. Today we’re finally releasing its first version!

Updates will follow the same schedule as Magic Academy, so the first build is for subscribers only. The playtest will most likely stay closed for a while: we want to gather first feedback and catch the bugs we’ve missed.

What’s the game about?

A new virus has swept across the world. For most people it was nothing more than a mild cold. But in some extremely rare cases the infected got something much worse.

Lactation! Unstoppable, constant, life-disrupting lactation. This is exactly the problem your old friend brings to you, hoping for your support.

What do you do in a situation like that? Open a café, of course! You get this unique ingredient practically for free. An old house, almost no money and a friend with a very unusual problem: sounds like a great startup plan. So you roll up your sleeves and get to work.

First you fix up the house you bought, scrape together money for furniture and work out what your customers actually want. You make milkshakes, pick toppings to suit each customer, create recipes and expand the menu.

Serving a courier

Start a business with your childhood friend, gather a close-knit all-female team and lead your joint venture to prosperity!

In this build you can

  • meet Miku and Lina;
  • clear out and furnish the first few rooms;
  • try the core loop: milking, buying supplies and serving customers;
  • spend evenings with the girls and improve your relationships. Each girl has her own minigame where she plays against you;
  • watch one basic milking scene with each girl;
  • watch eight short story scenes, four with Miku and four with Lina.

Furnishing the café

Sora the elf arrives in the very next version, and later Noel joins the team too.

Later we plan to flesh out the customers’ personal stories and add about four animated scenes and ten CG scenes with different angles for each girl, plus scenes with some of the customers.

We have a lot of plans, but first we need to test the core loop and find out what you think. It will help most to know what was unclear at first glance: what to click, how certain mechanics work. We’re working on the in-game tutorial now, and your feedback will show us what needs attention first.

Ask questions and share your impressions on Discord. We’ll gladly explain everything and talk it through with you!
